I am an Associate Professor of the Department of Public Affairs and Nonprofit Leadership at Seattle University. I got my PhD from the School of Public Affairs and Administration (SPAA) at Rutgers University-Newark. I research topics of public administration and nonprofit management. My recent research focuses on the equity of public service delivery, public engagement, and resource allocation. As an experimentalist, my studies draw on insights from theories of organizational behavior, social psychology and behavioral science.
My work appears in leading journals of the field, including Public Administration Review, Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory, Nonprofit and Voluntary Sector Quarterly, Nonprofit Management and Leadership, Voluntas, and Policy Studies Journal.
